These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Keuze Holidays and Immigration LLP (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1 Booking Process: All bookings must be made through our official website, authorized travel agents, or by contacting our customer service team. A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required deposit and written confirmation from Keuze Holidays.

1.2 Booking Amendments: If you wish to make changes to your booking (e.g., changes in travel dates, accommodation), you must contact us as soon as possible. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

1.3 Group Bookings: Special terms may apply to group bookings. Group sizes may affect pricing, accommodation, and availability.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Deadlines: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is typically required no later than 7 days before the departure date. If the full payment is not received within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

2.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other authorized online payment platforms. Any fees related to payment processing may be charged to the consumer.

2.3 Currency: All transactions will be made in Indian Currency, and you are responsible for any additional costs incurred due to currency exchange rates or fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Consumer: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:

3.2 Cancellation by Keuze Holidays: We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or supplier insolvency. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook with no penalty.

3.3 Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the cancellation request. Payment processing charges and non-refundable deposits will not be refunded.

4. Travel Documentation

4.1 Passport & Visa Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are up-to-date and valid for the duration of your trip. Keuze Holidays is not responsible for any disruptions caused by invalid documentation.

4.2 Health Requirements: You are responsible for meeting all vaccination and health-related entry requirements for your destination.

5. Travel Insurance

5.1 Mandatory Insurance: We strongly recommend that you have comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen incidents. Keuze Holidays is not liable for any costs incurred due to the lack of travel insurance.

6. Responsibilities & Liabilities

6.1 Consumer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your behavior does not cause damage to property or disturb other travelers. In such cases, you may be asked to leave the tour, and no refund will be given.

6.2 Keuze Holidays’ Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for third-party service failures, including airlines, hotels, or transportation providers.

6.3 Force Majeure: Keuze Holidays is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.

7. Changes to Itinerary

7.1 Supplier Changes: While we aim to follow the itinerary as planned, there may be changes due to availability, weather conditions, or other factors. Keuze Holidays reserves the right to alter the itinerary for your safety or to improve the travel experience.

7.2 Substitutions: In case of changes, we will offer substitute services of equivalent or higher value whenever possible.

8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

8.1 Complaints Procedure: If you encounter any issues during your trip, you must notify us immediately to resolve the issue. Complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the trip concludes.

8.2 Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of India.
